Sessions are weekly 30 minutes or bi-weekly 60 minutes — designed to fit real life. You'll also spend time between sessions applying what we discuss, which typically amounts to 20–30 minutes of reflection per day during journal phases.

Lifestyle Willingness

You'll be asked to make adjustments to food, sleep, movement, and daily routines. Not all at once — this is progressive and paced to your body's response. But openness to change is essential.

Patience with the Process
